Recently, I’ve found myself liking just about every Cole Haan bag that I come across. However, when I started thinking about Cole Haan handbags, I realized that we mostly cover bags on the larger end of the spectrum, you know, terrific totes, hobos and satchels. I am not complaining here, but I discovered there is a lack of smaller Cole Haan bags like clutches.
So, here we have a really beautiful clutch, the Cole Haan Bailey Ruched leather Foldover Clutch. This is a really good bag that would be ideal for a night out with the girls or that special someone. The thing I love many about this bag is that it isn’t pretentious. Sometimes, evening bags come off as pretentious, but this one does not. Instead, you find supple grained leather, a hint of ruching and a terrific removable chainlink strap (8″ drop). I love, love, love that the chain is removable because the bag is absolutely ideal with and without it. There is a magnetic snap closure that keeps the front flap secure.
